What do I need to view the video tutorials?
Basically, if you can watch videos on youtube.com you can watch our videos. We use a standard Flash player interface that is compatible with the browser setup of more than 90% of internet users.
If however, you do not have Flash player installed on your computer or have an older version of Flash you may need to upgrade, but don't worry becuase it's free. You will need to have Adobe Flash version 9 or higher installed on your computer; however, it is recommended that you use the latest version of Flash in order to avoid viewing problems. What video format are the tutorials?
The videos are encoded with H.264 to enable the highest quality video with smaller file sizes. This enables us to provide high quality full screen video tutorials.
What size or resolution are the video tutorials?
Most of the tutorials are 720P HD videos. Some are slightly smaller HQ video tutorials. ALL video tutorials deliver clear high quality video that can be crisply and clearly viewed in full screen.
How do I view a video full screen?
In the right hand corner of the video player there is a small rectangle that when hovered over displays the text “Fullscreen.” Click this button to make the video full screen and to exit out of full screen mode. Alternatively you can double-click over the video to enter and also exit full screen mode.
Can I change the size of the video player?
Yes. We offer three sizes for the video player in addition to the full screen capability. The sizes include a small, medium, and large size and are located directly underneath the button that plays the video in full screen mode.
Do all videos come with the files used in the video?
All videos that require actual files to be used will include those files with the video. This means that some video tutorials, such as those relating to the interface of an application, might not include source files due to the fact that no particular files were used in the tutorial. In other words, the vast majority of the tutorials come with source files, but not all of the tutorials will come with source files.
How do I download files used in the videos?
To download files for a video tutorial, select the desired tutorial so it will start playing in the video player and then look just under the bottom right of the actual video and you will find the text “Download Files from Tutorial.” Click that text to download the files for the tutorial.
If a tutorial does not include source files, the link to download source files will instead be text that reads “No File to Download.”
How do I view the files used in the videos?
The source files for the video tutorials have been compressed into a zip file. This saves space and allows us to include multiple source files into one downloadable file.
To view source files, download the desired file and then unzip the file. After that you can view the file using the corresponding Microsoft Office program.
Unzipping the file can be completed by most operating systems including Windows XP, Vista, or 7. However, if you have an older operating system or have disabled the Windows zip utility you can use the programs listed below to unzip the files.

I see a giant loading image but no video. What do I do?
This usually means that you need to upgrade your version of Flash to version 10 or later. It is recommended that you have the latest version of Flash. If the problem persists when you have the latest version of Flash simply refresh the page or load another video and it should go away.
NOTE: Having the latest version of Flash in one browser, such as Firefox, does not mean that you will have the latest version of Flash in other browsers, such as Internet Explorer. Make sure you have the latest version of Flash in all of the browsers that you use on your computer.
What broswer should I use to view this site?
This website works with many browsers and it is recommended to have the most up to date version of whatever browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, the minimum recommended version is 7 (IE 7). If you do not have Internet Explorer version 7 or later it is recommended that you update to the latest Internet Explorer browser version. This website is optimized to work in up to date versions of Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Do I need to upgrade/update my browser?
You should always ensure that you have the most up to date version of whatever browser you are using. For this site, either Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer (up-to-date versions of both browsers) are recommended.
Where can I download Flash?

How do I change account information?
You can change much of the information associated with your account including the email address (in most cases), contact number, company, newsletter options, billing options, and more. To change these items login to your account and go to the “My Account” page. Once there, click the link to change account information.
Can I change the email address associated with my account?
Yes, unless you have a student account single license or other protected account type.
How do I change the automatic billing options?
Login to your account and go to the “My Account” page and click the link to change the account information. There you can change the “Automatic Billing” and the “Billing Period” options.
Can I cancel automatic or recurring billing?
Yes, just login to your account and go to the “My Account” page and click the link to change the account information. Then deselect the check box next to “Automatic Billing” and save the changes.
When do changes to my automatic billing period take affect?
If automatic billing is enabled on your account and you change the “Billing Period” option, this change will take place at the end of your current billing period, which is when you would next be billed.
